Experienced business leader and CEO of DVL Group, Mykhailo Shelemba, has joined the Diia.City United’s Strategic Board.
Mykhailo Shelemba is a successful business transformer who actively contributes to developing the telecommunications industry and takes the companies he leads to new heights. His career is a prime example of rapid career growth and the achievement of ambitious goals. He started his career in 2007 at Piraeus Bank Ukraine as a credit analyst and later became the head of project financing. In 2011, he joined the McKinsey team, where he managed projects in Ukraine and the Middle East. In 2016, he headed Datagroup, and since 2021, he has been the CEO of the merged Datagroup and Volia group of companies. In 2024, he completed the largest M&A deal in Ukraine over the past 10 years, attracting significant international investment. As a result of the acquisition of telecommunications companies Datagroup, Volia, and lifecell by the French NJJ Holding and their subsequent merger on the Ukrainian telecommunications market, a new powerful player emerged – the DVL group of companies. Mykhailo Shelemba became the CEO of the united company.
Today, DVL Group companies are among the largest employers in the industry, with over 5,000 employees. They serve nearly 11 million B2C, B2B, and B2G customers. The group has been consistently ranked among innovative companies, large investors, Ukrainian economy leaders, and top employers.
