We continue our quarterly FutureTech meetings! And we’re kicking off the 2024 business season with a focus on education. Join us!

Diia.City United is launching the business season with a public meetup on one of the most complex topics in the tech sector—education. Our goal is to move from discussing the needs and opportunities of businesses, educators, and government representatives to creating a shared actionable plan for advancing technological education in Ukraine.

In the midst of war, the issue of specialized education, reskilling, and upskilling has become critical for the Ukrainian tech industry. We must quickly develop a plan to increase the involvement of young professionals, women, and veterans in the tech-sector. For the industry to remain competitive globally, attracting talented specialists is essential. To address these challenges, we are creating a platform for discussion and collaboration between tech businesses, educators, and the government.

The September meetup will feature the following discussion panels:

  • The Future of Education: A Tech Business Perspective
  • Reforming Higher Education for the Tech Industry: A University Leaders’ Discussion
  • EdTech Startup Programs: An Alternative to Universities or Their Enhancement?
  • What Government Policies Will Drive Change in Higher Education?

The speakers at FutureTech: New Education Dimensions will include members of the Diia.City United Strategy Board, founders and CEOs of tech product companies, EdTech startup leaders, government officials, and educators.
