In 2010, Dmytro Dubrovsky, along with three other co-founders, created the ride-hailing service Uklon. For 13 years, Dmytro developed the eponymous product based company as CEO, creating a ride-hailing service to improve the infrastructure and culture of Ukrainian cities.

In 2021, Uklon was ranked among the top 30 technology companies by Forbes. In 2023, Dmytro Dubrovsky, along with three other co-founders of the company, stepped down from the company’s operational activities. In 2024, together with three partners, he created the Nezlamni investment fund to support Ukrainian defense tech companies.
