Scaling to the U.S. — the next event by Diia City United, created exclusively for our member companies that are expanding into international markets. This time, we’ll focus on scaling to the United States — one of the most competitive yet most promising destinations for Ukrainian tech businesses. How to prepare for entering the U.S. market, avoid common pitfalls, find the right partners, and understand where to start — these are the key topics we’ll explore together with experts, U.S. government program representatives, and Ukrainian companies that already operate across the ocean.
The event will take place on November 19 at America House Kyiv, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, as part of the Global Markets Stream series.
Over the course of two hours, participants will gain concentrated practical insights — from understanding the U.S. business climate and tax landscape to hearing real-life case studies and lessons learned from companies already scaling in the U.S. The program will feature speakers from the U.S. Commercial Service, SelectUSA, and representatives of two U.S. states who will share their unique perspectives, business conditions, and opportunities available for Ukrainian tech teams.
A special segment will be dedicated to success stories from Diia City United member companies — their paths to entering the U.S. market, challenges they faced, and the first results achieved. We’ll conclude with a Q&A and networking session — bringing together leaders who think globally and grow together as a community.
