Diia.City United is pleased to announce that Viacheslav Klymov, co-owner of  NOVA group of companies, has joined our Association’s Strategic Board.

His extensive expertise in entrepreneurship and business development, combined with a proven track record in building resilient infrastructure and supporting economic growth, brings tremendous value to our tech community.

Visionary Entrepreneur

Viacheslav Klymov is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. In 2001, he and his partner Volodymyr Popereshniuk transformed Ukraine’s logistics landscape fundamentally by founding the Nova Post company.

What began as an innovative approach to express delivery has since expanded into a national logistics powerhouse and one of the largest privately-owned companies in the country.

However, Viacheslav’s entrepreneurial vision extends beyond NOVA.

In 2016, along with 18 other Ukrainian entrepreneurs, he established the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, which now unites over 800 members. He served as its founding president and continues in this role, demonstrating his commitment to fostering Ukraine’s business ecosystem.

Since 2024, Viacheslav Klymov has also been a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of Ukraine, where he focuses on setting professional standards for prosecutors and driving reform of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Transforming Ukraine’s Logistics Infrastructure

Over the past 24 years, Nova Post Ukraine has grown from a startup into a national logistics leader, fundamentally changing how Ukrainians perceive delivery services. It was the first in Ukraine to offer fast nationwide delivery for e-commerce, fueling the explosive growth of the country’s online retail market.

With a “customer first” philosophy embedded into its core, Nova Post boasts the highest NPS in the market, with 81% of clients willing to recommend the company. It serves over 10 million mobile app users and employs over 30,000 people in Ukraine alone.

Influential Social Projects

The company consistently ranks among Ukraine’s top 20 largest taxpayers and employers.

Beyond its core business, Nova Post is deeply committed to social responsibility and has launched numerous impactful initiatives. Key projects include Protect the Sky. Boost our Air Defense! and Let’s ground the enemy, focused on strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities

The company also actively promotes a healthy and inclusive lifestyle through initiatives like Play for Ukraine, The First Barrier-Free Marathon, and the Run for Two, encouraging participation and fostering community spirit.

Global Reach, Local Impact

The company has scaled into the international NOVA group, offering a full range of logistics, financial, and IT services for both businesses and individuals. The group incorporates Nova poshta, Nova Post Europe, Nova Global, Supernova Airlines, NovaPay, Nova Digital and Nova Energy.

NOVA group operates in 17 European countries and delivers worldwide, excluding aggressor states.

A Strategic Voice

Viacheslav Klymov’s appointment to Diia.City United’s Strategic Board reflects his deep understanding of both business development and national economic resilience. His active civic stance includes systematic support of the country — from infrastructure development to large-scale humanitarian initiatives and military aid.

For me, participation in the Diia.City United Strategic Board is an opportunity to consolidate the efforts of entrepreneurs to jointly create a predictable, safe environment for business development. Supporting the country today is not just about donations, but also about joint work on economic resilience, building infrastructure for growth and investment, Klymov shared.

In his new role, Viacheslav Klymov will collaborate with other renowned tech leaders and visionaries on the Strategic Board, including Artem Borodatyuk (Netpeak Group), Oleg Gorokhovskyi (monobank), Den Dmytrenko (Roosh), Dmytro Dubrovskyi (Nezlamni), Oleksandr Konotopskyi (Ajax Systems), Oleksandr Kosovan (MacPaw), Nazariy Kurochka (GigaCloud), Volodymyr Mnogoletnii (Genesis), Fedir Drozdovskyi (MEGOGO), Ihor Zhadanov (Readdle), Artur Mikhno (Work.ua), Volodymyr Nosov (WhiteBit), Mykhailo Shelemba (DVL), Hanna Shuvalova (Horizon Capital), Roman Prokofiev (Jooble), Denys Horovyi (EVO), Samvel Akobyan (lilo), Anton Bolshakov (AB Games), and Sacha Michaud (Glovo), Serhii Hryshkov (Uklon).

Viacheslav’s expertise in logistics, infrastructure development, and entrepreneurial leadership will be invaluable as Diia.City United continues to advocate for fair conditions for Ukraine’s technology sector and support the global growth of product tech companies.
