The newest addition to the Board, Viktoriya Tigipko, is the Founder and Managing Partner of TA Ventures and President of the global angel syndicate ICLUB. Her admission marks a significant step in the Association’s mission to integrate Ukrainian tech into the international capital markets.

Victoria Tigipko is a prominent figure in the global tech landscape and a key influencer in Ukraine’s ecosystem. Her professional trajectory spans from scaling over a dozen industrial and construction businesses to launching TA Ventures in 2010 — a fund that now commands a presence from the United States to Southeast Asia.
With a powerhouse investment portfolio featuring over 270 deals, 16 unicorns, and 8 IPOs, Tigipko’s influence extends far beyond capital. She is a relentless ecosystem builder, currently holding the positions of:
- Co-founder of Wtech Global: A premier international community connecting over 7,000 women in the IT and digital sectors.
- Chair of the Supervisory Board at the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF): Driving the development of national startup infrastructure.
- Founder of the Odesa International Film Festival and Co-founder of the Ukrainian Film Academy.
