Strategic Vision for Resilient Growth

Reflecting on her new role at Diia.City United, Viktoria Tigipko emphasized the importance of industry unity and strategic leadership:

In today’s climate, the Ukrainian tech sector needs more than just support; it needs a powerful, unified voice. Diia.City United is the platform where companies and investors converge to set the rules of the game, protect industry interests, and think strategically. It is vital to be part of this process now, as the quality of our current decisions will define the long-term future of our tech landscape.

For Viktoria, business consolidation is the ultimate safeguard for resilience:

In times of war, isolated companies are vulnerable. Conversely, a strong community provides the leverage needed to influence regulatory frameworks and lay the groundwork for post-victory growth.

A Board of Visionaries

On the Strategic Board, Viktoria Tigipko will work alongside a ‘who’s who’ of the Ukrainian tech, including Artem Borodatiuk (FRACTAL), Hanna Shuvalova (Horizon Capital), Oleg Gorokhovskyi (monobank), Oleksandr Kosovan (MacPaw), Oleksandr Konotopskyi (Ajax Systems), Viacheslav Klymov (NOVA Group), Volodymyr Mnogoletniy (Genesis), and other top entrepreneurs and investors.
