Ukrainian defence tech company TAF Industries, a member of Diia.City United, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Germany’s Wingcopter to launch joint production facilities in Germany.
The agreement was finalised on February 13 during the 62nd Munich Security Conference, attended by representatives of both the Ukrainian and German governments.

The partnership between TAF Industries and Wingcopter focuses on scaling production and enhancing the supply of unmanned systems to meet Ukraine’s needs. Both companies emphasise that this joint venture combines Ukrainian practical experience — specifically combat-proven R&D — with Germany’s robust industrial base. The primary goal is to accelerate the transition of these solutions into mass production.
Looking ahead, the parties are also exploring the joint development of new platforms specifically targeting EU and NATO markets.
