To drive the growth of Ukraine’s tech community, Diia.City United continues to bring on board leaders with deep expertise across diverse sectors.

The addition of Andriy Logvin, founder and CEO of the Kasta ecosystem, to our Strategic Board is a significant milestone. His involvement brings solid experience in B2C technology, modern retail, and the development of complex infrastructure solutions to the Association.

From Local Startup to National Ecosystem

For 15 years, Kasta has been at the forefront of redefining the online shopping experience in Ukraine. Today, it is a comprehensive ecosystem that millions of users rely on daily for everything from apparel to home goods and electronics.

Under Andriy’s leadership, Kasta successfully pivoted from a flash-sales model to a massive Kasta SuperApp — a unified ecosystem combining a multi-category marketplace with integrated fintech and banking services.

Kasta’s core mission is «to surprise and create the ‘extra’» — consistently delivering more than the customer expects. The company’s trajectory is a prime example of how technology creates tangible value for the consumer.

A Commitment to Ukraine’s Defense

For the Kasta team, social responsibility is a daily commitment to victory. The company has made charitable initiatives an integral part of its business model, providing systemic support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Currently, the marketplace is scaling a joint project with the “Ye Pytannya” (e eng. There is a Question) YouTube channel, founded by journalists Olena Trybushna, Aliona Savina, and Anton Holoborodko.

While Anton is currently serving on the front lines, Kasta is actively supporting his unit.

Through the kasta.ua platform, customers can purchase “Ye Pytannya” merchandise, with 40% of all proceeds directed toward a specialized UAV (drone) unit. This partnership between business and independent media turns everyday shopping into a powerful tool for supporting Ukrainian defenders.

Amplifying Impact and Influence

«The war has made one thing clear: it is not individuals that survive and grow, but systems,» Logvin says.

At Diia.City United, we believe the future belongs to companies that build seamless, high-quality environments around their customers. Kasta’s experience in scaling such a model is unique and offers invaluable insights for our members.

I joined the Association because I believe in the ‘ long game’ — building a resilient tech ecosystem that delivers today while laying a solid foundation for the years to come.

Andriy’s appointment strengthens the Association’s expertise in e-commerce regulation, fintech development, and intellectual property rights. His experience in building cross-industry linkages will be vital to shaping comprehensive growth strategies for Ukraine’s entire technology sector.
