To successfully navigate 2026, business leaders require transparent data, a clear understanding of realistic macroeconomic scenarios, and distinct signals from the state.

That is why we are commencing the Diia.City United winter meetup with an exclusive pre-event in our Dialogue with the Government format.

On December 3, just before the main program of our FutureTech Meetup: United for 2026 starts, we will hold a closed-door meeting for Diia.City United members featuring Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The discussion will also feature Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.

It is a unique opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with the policymakers shaping our country’s economic strategy. Participants will have the chance to address ministry leadership personally and to voice ideas or proposals from the tech business community directly to government decision-makers.

The Closed Dialogue Focus Areas

  • Macro-Scenarios for 2026 — Unfiltered. Realistic forecasts, scenarios, and risk assessments;  the role of the tech and defense-tech sectors in economic growth.
  • The Ukraine Facility & Recovery Programs. Financing instruments for tech companies, R&D, manufacturing, and scaling.
  • New Investment Mechanisms from IFIs (IFC, EBRD, EIB, DFC). Guarantees, political risk insurance, co-investment opportunities, and unlocking private capital.
